Ajalkin: MYO EVENT (CLOSED) ~ THANK YOU

Hey there guys! The time has come <3 
So I've been working on this little project for a while and finally, my species is ready to be released~ 

Of course, we are going to start this off with a bang ;3 you can find all the Species information below as well as a special little addition to the event!~

So to start this off AJALKIN ARE A SEMI-OPEN SPECIES, meaning if you do miss this event that's OKAY you can still make an Ajalkin for free, but you can only stick to common traits! In this event, you will be given the opportunity to earn uncommon and even RARE traits to make your own Ajalkin! But first, let's find out what Ajalkin are! 

Ajalkin are the protectors of the dead and the bringers of new life. Legend says they were first born when a person had died while being surrounded by their loved ones, and the Ajalkin sprung from this pure emotion of love and mourning. The duality of life that allows them to thrive, gives them their purpose. They protect the dead, if a family forgets their loved ones, that person's soul can get devoured by the demons lurking in the dark. The Ajalkin help keep the person’s legacy and remembrance alive in the world. Adorned with charms to ward off evil spirits, they remain vigilant in times of darkness, keeping peace and rest amongst the dead. Though this seems like a sorrowful existence, they bring new life into the world as well, guiding the essence of newborns to the world to begin their journeys. So to start off your Ajal, there are a few key important traits to know! Ajalkin have two long strands of fur on their cheeks, which connect to two candlelit lanterns, they have a long strand of paper in place of their tail, and they must have one prayer slip and a bell placed somewhere on their body! You can read more of an overview on the Species sheet!! --->
 

Few things to be aware of for not only this event but when you make an Ajal in the future! 
There are factions you either follow the moon goddess or the sun god! This will affect your Ajalkin's flame color! If you choose to follow the sun god, your flame will be warmer colors. If you follow the moon goddess, your flame will be cooler colors! If your Ajal is completely neutral then you will need to stick to a white flame! 
Another important note is the different classes! Classes depend on where your Ajalkin will be residing the most: hospitals and hospice, graveyards, or shrines! Depending on which class you choose will give you a free trait to use for that class. Every Ajal can fall under one of the classes and these traits cost you nothing no matter what! If your Ajal still wants to remain neutral, they will be a traveler, but cannot have any of these specific traits that the classes have! All this information can be found in the species guide! <3 

NOW ON TO THE MAIN EVENT!!
So you will be free to make your own Ajalkin with a few extra traits! Let's go over some rules and guidelines first! 
1.) You must be a member of the group Ajalkin  I have opened join requests to be automatically accepted so ;3 go do that first! 
2.) When you are finished designing your Ajalkin you must UPLOAD IT TO STASH and send a link to the GROUP ( Ajalkin ) in a note. This way I can have all your MYO's in one place and I can approve them. DO NOT POST YOUR AJAL WITHOUT MY APPROVAL FIRST!! 
3.) You must finish designing your Ajalkin 2 WEEKS after this event closes on the 11th of February! ANY DESIGNS FINISHED AFTER THIS TIME FRAME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!! However, there will be future opportunities and other MYO events that you can resubmit your designs! So keep them handy!! (and remember you are always free to make a common Ajalkin in the meantime)
4.) If you have any questions at all do not hesitate to ask me!
5.) You must credit me as the Species creator! 

THATS ENOUGH RULES SPIRIT TELL ME HOW I CAN GET THEM TRAITS?!??!

Alrighty, you will have the opportunity to earn 2 uncommon traits and one rare trait! ( EDIT: IVE ADDED ONE BONUS TRAIT YOU CAN EARN BY DRAWING THE MASCOT IF YOU WANT MORE TRAITS! THIS GETS YOU AN EXTRA RARE TRAIT!)

1 uncommon trait ---> tag 3 of your friends!
1 uncommon trait ---> Make a poll or status update advertising this event!
1 RARE trait ---> Make a journal advertising the event!
1 RARE trait ---> draw the ajalkin mascot at the top of this journal!

Please comment with all of these things and include a link to the comment or a picture of your comment in your note along side of your design! So I know you've earned the traits you've used! Also fill out this form when you submit your design!

one more thing since I'm noticing it in the MYOS i've recieved so far. You are free to add accessories to your ajal and they will not count towards charms, things like earrings, necklaces and other strung chords are ok to add! <3

So remember! You must finish your MYO's two weeks after the event ends! That is FEB. 25 TH!!!

THIS IS ALSO A RAFFLE!?!? what Spirit how can this be? 
WELL! This is also why I'm having you all note the group with your designs! Once I approve your design you will also get a number! It'll be sorta a "draw to enter" type deal, but of course, you get to keep your approved MYO! At the end of the two-week deadline, I will draw a number and that person will get the "Year of the Dog 2018" Ajalkin! --->

  

If I draw your number this pretty girl will be all yours! ;3 They are already a monk, but you can choose their faction once you get them!!
